Job Description

We are looking for people to join our Data & Analytics department to participate in end to-end commercialization projects covering pre-launch, launch and post launch activities.

• The candidate will work in collaboration with other teams like Data Engineering, Patient Analytics, Field force, CRM etc. to design effective processes using multiple datasets.

• The candidate will be responsible for applying advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights.

• As part of their role, they need to assess effective ways of presenting and delivering the results to communicate relevant analytical information to internal and external stakeholders.

•The candidate’s main responsibility will be to execute and collaborate with both clients and fellow team members to identify and implement solutions. These solutions will cover workstreams like patient cohort creation, HCP list generation, targeting & segmentation, call planning, sizing, territory alignment, reporting and dashboarding, Incentive compensation, ad-hoc analysis. Location & Commitments

• Full-time

• Role at Bengaluru or Pune

• Hybrid with atleast 3 days’ work from office every week

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor degree in relevant fields such as or bachelor’s in engineering or computer science. Master’s degree in Pharma, data analytics, statistics or Business Administration.

• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare analytics and working with large datasets (Commercial data like Specialty Pharmacy, HUB, 867 shipment, 852 EDI data, open & closed-claims, affiliations, VEEVA CRM, digital marketing datasets).

• Knowledge of pharma datasets, value chain and drug life cycle.

• Lead and managed team for commercial analytics (Targeting, Segmentation, Patient finding, Call planning, IC, reporting) and communication with US team as well as the client partner

• Expertise in Key performance indicators formulation, dashboard design and development like Sales dashboard, calls reporting dashboard, Patient enrollment & dispenses, Inventory reporting, Marketing dashboard, Market access, medical affairs, Formulary, Revenue dashboard, Executive dashboard, Market data and patient journey tracking reports

• Proven process improvement and innovation on the operational processes

• Proficiency in the following programming and analysis tools: o Expertise in SQL is a must o Expertise in Python is a must o Expertise in Excel is a must o Expertise in Microsoft Powerpoint o Intermediate Tableau reporting knowledge o Insight generation o Application of AI/ML models use cases in commercial analytics

• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

• Training & coaching team members

• Developing Quality Checks, SOP, BRD, and process flow steps

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Management tasks related to Project planning, monitoring, Daily team meetings, Dashboard and reports QCs and timely delivery, weekly/monthly/quarterly performance tracking reports, adhoc analytics.
