Key Responsibilities:

• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain deep connections with customers to exceed their expectations continuously.
• Drive Account Growth: Support the annual renewal process and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Customer Insights: Understand customer interactions with Verana Health products to identify needs and challenges effectively.
• Engagement Strategies: Design and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Commercial Services, Quantitative Sciences, Product, Sales, and Finance to advocate for customer needs.
• Customer Advocacy: Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and support.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare consulting or account management roles.
• 2+ years of experience in Real World Evidence/Healthcare Data.
• A data-driven problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to tackle meaningful challenges daily in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing projects effectively while managing time efficiently.
• Expertise in influencing stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and deliver results.
