Compensation

  • Pay or shift range: $90,000 to $120,000
  • Group-paid Malpractice Insurance coverage
  • Group-reimbursed license, DEA, renewals, and hospital privileging fee

Requirements

  • Strong clinical expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, labor and delivery
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Master's degree (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Midwifery from an accredited program
  • Current certification in good standing as a Certified Nurse Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
  • Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania NMW License and Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA registration
  • 2-3 years' full scope CNM experience
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
