Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care to patients

Compensation

• Newly increased base salary
• Starting base $228,000
• Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $230,000
• Maximum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $350,000
• $75,000 tuition assistance program or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a new employee-friendly commitment time
• Premium pay for any hours worked beyond 40 hours
