Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive physical exams with a focus on reproductive health for all genders
  • Perform cancer screenings, diagnose/treat STIs, and complete advanced clinical procedures
  • Deliver contraceptive counseling, education, and method provision
  • Participate in abortion care through counseling, referrals, scheduling, and/or direct provision
  • Provide patient-centered, trauma-informed care, including medication abortion and gender-affirming care, following all laws and PPRM Medical Standards & Guidelines
  • Partner with patients, care teams, and community agencies to support holistic care
  • Advance access to reproductive healthcare while achieving quality and performance goals as a clinical leader

Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $49.23-$65.16/hour (based on experience in reproductive/sexual healthcare or with PPRM)
  • Additional Pay: +$2.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)

  • Week 1: Monday & Thursday 9am - 7pm; Friday 8am -6pm
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9am -7pm; Friday 8am -6pm

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) program with national board certifications
  • Meets state licensing requirements and holds an active state license with prescriptive authority (full prescriptive authority required in Colorado)
  • Holds or is willing to obtain DEA certification
  • Eligible for credentialing with Medicaid and other payors (no restrictions)
  • COVID vaccine or wear a mask at all times beginning November 1st for Health Center/Patient or Community Facing Employees
  • Flu shot or wear a mask during patient/community contact or while in the health center from November 1 - April 30 each year (Flu Season)
