What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Data Team Lead to shape and grow the data organization at Hyro. You’ll own how data is collected, structured, and used across the company, helping us turn information into insight and insight into action and new value propositions.

This is a leadership position that combines vision, business and hands-on work, for someone who knows data deeply - from infrastructure and modeling to storytelling and decision-making. You’ll lead a team of analysts, guide their work, and help build the systems, habits, and culture that make data one of Hyro’s most valuable assets. 

• Lead and support a growing team of analysts.
• Define and implement Hyro’s data strategy, building scalable processes and structures.
• Work hands-on with data - reviewing analyses, improving data models, and shaping how we measure success.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Develop clear, reliable metrics and dashboards that align the organization around shared goals.
• Promote a culture of data curiosity, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of data across all systems.

• Senior-level experience in analytics, data science, or related roles, ideally across multiple organizations.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to move easily between strategy and execution.
• Experience working cross-functionally and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A mindset of ownership - you see data as a product and treat it as a core business asset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Management or team leadership experience is an advantage.
