About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-driven Operations Manager to join our Telehealth Operations team. This newly created role will focus on driving performance, engagement, retention, and satisfaction for our Care Teams—including MDs, NPs, and RNs.
You’ll report to the Associate Director of Care Team Acquisition & Engagement and partner closely with a Sr. Operations Associate focused on network performance. Your primary mandate: design and operationalize programs that improve the experience of Care Team members and maximize their contributions on our platform.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Credentialing, Medical Affairs, Analytics, and Customer Support to launch scalable, data-informed initiatives. This hands-on role calls for strong analytical acumen, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for building systems that support clinical excellence at scale.
You Will:
Care Team Engagement & Retention
Own the long-term engagement strategy for Care Team members across the platform.
Design persona-based engagement initiatives.
Continuously collect and synthesize “voice of the Provider” feedback, and translate it into actionable insights that shape platform improvements and care team programs.
Performance & Experience Management
Develop frameworks and dashboards to track provider performance, retention, and other engagement signals.
Design and run experiments to optimize performance and provider satisfaction.
Data-Driven Strategy & Execution
Leverage tools like SQL, Looker, and Google Sheets to uncover trends and root causes in provider performance and engagement.
Champion a patient and provider-first mindset across the Care Experience team through structured feedback loops and process improvements.
You Have:
8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics—ideally in a high-growth DTC or marketplace environment.
Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in SQL, Looker, and spreadsheet modeling.
A bias toward action, and the humility to build collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
Clear, structured communicator—able to distill complex data into compelling narratives.
Experience working with clinical, customer support, or other highly specialized workforces is a plus.
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
