DexCare is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the team!
Our Site Reliability team ensures that DexCare’s internal and external services are reliable while keeping an ever-watchful eye on our systems, capacity, and performance. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of building and running large-scale, fault tolerant, and secure infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Working with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Software Defined Networking to develop customer solutions.
  • Develop automated solutions for deployment and maintenance of customer deployments.
  • Extending our continuous integration and deployment systems for increased deployment velocity and release stability.
  • Developing actionable monitors for early alerting and notification of imminent issues.
  • Tackling ways to improve release deployment and infrastructure reliability.
  • Embracing blue/green deployments, service mesh, multi-region, and multi-cloud deployments.
  • Understanding AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes ingress and routing.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
  • Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and software defined networking.
  • Deep understanding of continuous integration and deployment systems, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of networking principles.
  • Keen interest in exploring new approaches to scale and simplify infrastructure.
  • Keen eye on security to ensure that the platform is run as securely as possible
