Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role will be crucial in driving compensation programs, aligning total rewards strategies, and ensuring data-driven decision-making through advanced people analytics. The Senior People Operations Analyst will own and manage compensation programs, ensuring that our compensation practices are fair, equitable, and competitive in the market. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for analyzing and presenting key people metrics to help inform strategic decisions, with a focus on turnover tracking and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Compensation Programs:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs, including incentive compensation structures.
  • Oversee the adjudication and administration of incentive compensation, ensuring accurate payouts and alignment with company performance and individual contributions.
  • Design and implement compensation plans and structures that align with business objectives, fostering internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Grade new and existing roles to ensure market competitiveness and fairness in pay practices.
  • Partner with vendors and leverage market data and benchmarks to ensure compensation plans are in line with industry trends.
  • Ensure compensation practices are aligned with the company’s commitment to equity and fairness.

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Align total rewards strategies with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and refine total compensation offerings, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on compensation trends, equity considerations, and opportunities for program enhancements.

People Analytics & Reporting:

  • Own and lead the people analytics function within the company, providing actionable insights and data to support decision-making.
  • Track and analyze turnover trends and identify potential areas for improvement or intervention.
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports within Rippling to manage people data, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all people-related data.
  • Support leadership and People Operations teams with insights and trends derived from people analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Compensation, or People Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, incentive programs, and market benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in people analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization (experience with Rippling, Tableau, or similar tools preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in compensation and analytics practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Compensation (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, CCP) is a plus.
  • Experience working with compensation vendors and market benchmarking services.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
