As a Practice Relationship Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of relationships with partner practices. You will work closely with the Practice Relationship Manager to implement effective relationship management strategies tailored to the specific needs of our partner practices. Your responsibilities will include coordinating external communication, working closely with the front desk to ensure partner practice referrals are outreached and scheduled within a timely manner, providing administrative support to the Growth team, and generating reports to keep pediatricians informed about the patients they have referred for care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support Relationship Management: Assist Practice Relationship Manager in creating and implementing relationship management strategies to strengthen partnerships with all partner practices.
- Manage Specific Accounts: Focus on managing relationships with assigned partner practices, understanding their specific needs, and working to increase the practice’s overall referral volume.
- Coordinate Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for assigned partner practices, facilitating communication between practices and internal teams to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Monitor and Report: Keep track of communication and interactions with assigned partner practices, providing regular updates and reports to Practice Relationship Managers.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, updating all external reports, and maintaining accurate records related to practice relationships. You will provide administrative support both internally to the growth team and externally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a coordination or support role, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite preferred. Experience with CRM is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote position with the ability to travel on-site to external practices or Blackbird clinics as needed.
